Apricus To Qualify for EcoEnergy Rebate For those customers interested in maximizing the EcoEnergy rebate as part of the home audit process, there is still time to take advantage of evacuated tube technology. Apricus has confirmed that a CSA379 rating will be in place no later than Jan 31, 2011. That rating is required for the additional $1250 rebate found within the audit process (max available: $3750). HRM "Solar City" Delayed The Halifax project to add solar to approx. 1000 homes has been delayed until spring, 2012. SolarCity is now expected to begin after the expiry of the ecoEnergy rebate (March 31st, '12). Homeowners looking to benefit from the max available rebates, may want to consider adding solar to their homes earlier and outside of the program.
